Partnership Manager (People) c£28,000 – £33,000 plus pension

Sport Cheshire are looking for an individual who is passionate about people development? Do you relish the opportunity to lead engagement with a wide range of partners so that we have the very best coaches, volunteers and club representatives to make sport across Cheshire flourish? If so, we need to hear from you!

You will need to be an excellent project manager, who has experience of hitting challenging targets, so that we can deliver the national Sport Makers scheme locally. You will also play a pivotal role in developing a world-leading coaching system in England, putting your mark on the development of our local Coaching Support Network to support coaches at a community level across Cheshire & Warrington. You will be a first class communicator, able to get the very best from your talented staff team, and can effortlessly maintain relationships with a wide range of partners.
